We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging with all protective materials included

  • In resellable condition with no signs of damage or misuse


2. Return Process & Costs

We aim to make returns as simple as possible.

Return Method:
Returns are accepted by mail only.

Return Shipping Cost:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Restocking Fee:
No restocking fee will be charged.

Return Authorization:
Please contact us before sending any items back to receive a Return Authorization and instructions.


3. How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Once approved, we will send you detailed return instructions.

  3. Securely package the item and send it to the return address provided by our support team.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We will arrange either:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A full refund

at no additional cost to you.


5. Refund Process

Inspection:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Time:
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Currency:
All transactions and refunds are processed in British Pound Sterling (GBP £).


6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Alternative sofa or furniture items

  • Different colors or models

  • Alternative products of equal value

within the 30-day return period.

Once your returned item is inspected and approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or special order furniture

  • Items that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery

  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page


8. Order Cancellations

You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process once you receive the item.
