Delivery is free on every order to a UK address. There is no minimum spend and no delivery charge is added at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and are then in transit for 5 to 7 business days. That gives an estimated total of 6 to 10 business days from the day you order. We do not offer next day delivery or same day dispatch.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. Once the item reaches us and is accepted, the return is processed within up to 7 business days. Items should come back unused and in their original packaging where possible. Full conditions are on our Returns and Refunds page.
What if my furniture arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as you notice, with photographs of the damage and the packaging if you can. We will sort it out.
How do I track my order?
Use the Order Tracking page with your order number and the billing email you used at checkout. Your order number is in your confirmation email.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account simply makes it easier to track orders and reorder later.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
