Placing an order
When you place an order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. A contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free, with no minimum order, so the price at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is taken at the time you place your order.
Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and are then in transit for 5 to 7 business days, giving an estimated total of 6 to 10 business days. These are estimates rather than guarantees. Full details are on our Delivery Information page.
Returns and cancellation
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Accepted returns are processed within Up to 7 business days of the item reaching us. Full details, including conditions and exclusions, are on our Returns and Refunds page. Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected.

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including dimensions and materials. Photographs are for illustration and colours may appear differently on different screens. Please check the stated dimensions before ordering.
Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made.
