Processing and transit run one after the other, so the estimated total above is the figure to plan around. We do not offer next day delivery or same day dispatch, and we would rather give you an honest window than a number we cannot keep.
How your order is handled
Once you place an order we prepare and dispatch it within 1 to 3 business days. Your order is then with the carrier for 5 to 7 business days. You will receive confirmation by email when your order is placed and again when it is dispatched.
Larger furniture items
Sofas and garden sets are bulky. Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery and check that doorways, stairways and lifts can take the packaged item. Product pages list dimensions so you can measure before you order.
